Die fröhliche Sitzgymnastik bietet Senior*innen Spaß an Bewegung zur Gesunderhaltung und Stärkung des Körpers. Für alle, die nicht oder nicht mehr so lange gehen und stehen können, ist die Stuhlgymnastik eine besonders geeignete Form, aktiv zu bleiben. Lebensqualität und Lebensfreude sind keine Frage des Alters. Ein trainiertes Herz-Kreislaufsystem und eine gute Bewegungsfähigkeit sind maßgeblich daran beteiligt. Selbst im Sitzen lassen sich mit Spaß und Freude das Herz- Kreislaufsystem und die Muskulatur trainieren und aufbauen.
